I'm watching season 2 episode 13 where they bid on the basket. Around the 30 minute mark Rory comes home after her basket date with Jess and Lorelai is on the couch. Next to Lorelai on the couch is the hug-a-world. I've watched every episode dozens and dozens of times and I've never noticed this before. All the countries are still very vibrant, so while a rat definitely could've borrowed into it in a year in the garage, there's no way it could fade that much. Plus they make it seem like they haven't seen it since Rory was a small child. Now I'm going to see if it pops up again, but did anyone else catch that?
