PS5 has deleted my trophy

So with the bug of physical games not showing on profiles recently and all of that I got curious and saw if I had been affected....

Only to notice one of my Platinums has disappeared from my account.

When I was checking I noticed that my platinum of MH world has disappeared from my account. I am certain at 100% that I have it, since me and my friend did it together, and my Iceborne trophy remains the same, but MHWorld, which I have in physical is nowhere to be seen....

Help me find this manga I forgot!

The site I was reading was nuked, so I had to move to another page and adding the manga I've been remembering. I recently remembered two, but I don't remember their name, so if anyone knows any of them I'll be grateful:

The first one it's about a girl that gets confessed constantly because of a curse or something, so she starts making herself "uglier", wearing glasses and changing her hairstyle and that kind of nullifies the curse and the story focus on her and a male classmate that has some kind of goddess that sticks to the guy but I don't remember why

The second one is about a blind girl and her friend kind of like presents her a guy to take care of her or something like that and they kind of start going out together around places I don't know, it had only a few chapters when I read it

PlayStation banned my friend account

A couple of friends got a server to play Minecraft on PS5 a couple of years ago, and one of them was the one paying for it. Well, he recently notice that they are still charging him the payment for the server and since he did not play Minecraft anymore he decided to stop paying the server....

Problem was, he didn't knew how to cancel it, so instead of trying to cancel the payment of the server, he decided to directly cancel his credit card and make a new one instead.

Yesterday, we were playing, and out of nowhere, her logged off of his account automatically. Next thing I knew was that Playstation has banned his account permanently for a charge of 4€....

We both don't know what to do now. He sent an appeal but due to exact problem he has, I have low expectations of support actually doing something.

Is there anything he can do?
