I hear there is a greyhound to Pittsburgh that leaves from Frederick Marc Station. I was wondering if anyone has taken it, what is good about it, bad about it...what's good to know.

My mom is 80 and healthy, agile. She exercises every day. I want to take her on an European trip, but the catch is that I am single. No one else would come with us. I worry that if something happens to me, she'll be stuck out there.
I have been thinking about Italy, Ireland or England. We made it to Portugal 3 years ago.
Any recommendations for single caretakers?

My Organic Market used to have a bin, but no longer. Walmart doesn't either. Is anywhere else providing a bin or is there an alternative?

We are often told that we need to "document everything." I am facing a challenging situation at the VA. I do email myself my SF50, e-performance etc because they're my documents - but when it comes to email threads, recorded Teams transcripts etc. I am not sure what to do, especially when they can take our laptops and wipe eveything.
