Workhorse has arrived!
It's here! Ordered Jan 22nd! My son ordered me a Carbon Steel Plancha so that was including and no shipping cost on the Plancha. Super stoked to get going,
I'll be using Oregon Oak (White Oak) and also cherry wood is readily available here as well.Hopefully some meat pics (the good kind) showing up soon.
