Can’t login despite password change
Having been banned for no reason 2 days ago, Instagram just accepted my appeal this morning and re-instated my account.
Ever since then however, I have been unable to log in. First it wouldn’t even let me change password (it just errors out), but after constantly retrying I managed to actually change it (even now it says error, however in my email I recieved a confirmation that the password has been changed).
It just says incorrect password, despite me having changed it seconds ago. At the beginning it wouldn’t send the login link either, yet now it started sending it. It still doesn’t work. I click the one-time log in through the email and it buffers a bit and errors out.
I tried logging in through browser, but even there it says I need to log in to a trusted device first to confirm (the trusted device being my phone which it won’t let me log in to).
I am incredibly frustrated as I just waited 2 hours of my life on this, is there a fix?
