FDC Question for contingency?

I was told I failed contingency and I’m more then welcome to apply to another Institution, my question is why would that stop me from applying back to the same institution, after every officer, sergeant and captain I was training with all really liked me and my work ethic and how I did things, but was told I failed contingency and wasn’t told why, I’m curious if and why that would stop me from applying there?

Haven’t been scheduled in a month after dropping to part time

I’m gonna dox myself because idc anymore Publix has screwed management has screwed me over and over again now to the point where I’m being quietly fired by my manager about a month ago I dropped to part time to get a new job because I needed more money and to seek an actual career somewhere because my grocery manager was doing everything in his power to stop me from promoting since the day he was transferred in () for the last year and a half I was targeted and harassed for anything and everything he could come up with while also allowing nepotism to guide his judgement on who was a better fit for promotion, I told him I was dropping down to part time and was more then happy to work weekends and come in at 6pm - 11pm as an additional set of hands once I got out of work at my other job, he has not scheduled me once in the last month and it is coming up on the fourth week I have insurance and stocks through Publix, my question to all of you is, what should I do? I plan on going and talking to my store manager and possibly district manager, however I don’t know and quiet frankly am sick of this

Update
I went and spoke to both the assistant grocery manager and the assistant store manager and they’re going to be putting me on a schedule and talking to the grocery manger on why this happened and shouldn’t happen again

Want to try and do mfg in fh6

I want to try and kind of translate the rules and regulations to fh6, obviously it’s a little difficult because of the fact they don’t specifically say what the limitations are but getting a good enough idea would be fun, what I was thinking was stuff like hurracans, and Ferrari 458, they obviously would just get a slight tire width increase maybe, mean while cars like 350z or a gt86, would get like race/semi slick tire compound and a increase of tire size in the rear by like 20-30 mm, I was curious if you guys would have any ideas and thoughts of limitations you think would be implemented, I wanna try to make a little community for this type of thing.
