After several months of mostly blissful printing, I woke up this morning to the blob of death on one of my U1s.

It’s so bad, that it has encapsulated the bottom of the print head, so I can’t even detach the tool head.

I’m leery of breaking something, given how unobtanium parts are. The tool heads are still not available on the Snapmaker store.

I went and bought a heat gun today, so I’ll see if I can get it untangled.

I’ve had blobs of death on other printers, but never had this amount of trouble trying to clear it.
