You guys should definitely educate your reps better. I have a buddy who just moved into an apartment in Waukee, IA and got the 1gig internet service. He absolutely cannot play his PC games right now because the internet is so bad despite it showing good speeds on speedtest. He also robots in Discord and gets disconnected. He called into your customer service and one of the reps told him to make sure his graphics card drivers are up to date. Are you kidding me? As someone with an IT background this is one of the most hilarious, stupid, and asinine suggestions I have ever heard in my existence.
