Eurostar Snap tickets bought, but no booking reference?
Hi all, so, I've bought Snap tickets for next week, have received a booking confirmation and the money has been withdrawn from my bank account, but I didn't receive a reference number. Does anyone have experience with this?
I've looked at the FAQ (no answer there), have tried sending in contact request, and have tried to call 3 times but due to long wait times they 'won't accept my call'.

If it's normal, and you only receive a reference number when you get your tickets/allotted time slot, it would be great to know...
