Can i use mirors to get sunlight without the cosmic radiations ?

Imagine their is no more heliosphere, the earth is under the universe cosmic radiation. We build bunkers to live protected. If I understood well, cosmic radiations cannot be reflected by a mirror, so I could use a skylight and deflected mirrors to light a room without getting hit by cosmic radiations? Right?

[Hobby] A simlife/stealth game in a futuristic city; does this idea hype someone else ?

Would you be interested to work on a game where you play as a teenage boy who possesses parkour skills that he will use to survive? He is lost in a small, dense, closed-off futuristic city, filled with places to visit and rob, and plenty of loot to steal and resell to upgrade your tools and base.

This is a concept I haven't seen anywhere yet. Cyberpunk 2077 is the benchmark for a first-person open world in a futuristic city, but what about a vertical city where every area can be visited, where you start from the poor bottom area to the wealthy bright top ?

I've been working a lot on the lore to make it a very hard accurate sci-fi thing, but I don't know if it would be a good game actually... Every game idea can be a good game based on the execution, okay. But tell me, do you like to loot a lot of thing, do you play sneaky whenever you can in a game, do you have any satisfaction visiting places you are not supposed to ?
