Pathfinding bug?

Sry for blinding gamma on screenshots, I think windows HDR did something.
Anyways there's clearly a path to these copper storage but all the trucks are stuck. This is happening to tons of difference locations suddenly. Trucks literally touching the shipyard can't reach the shipyard. It will flash for maybe 1/4 of a second then they'll have no destination and then it will go back to stuck for 1/4 second. Never encountered this before.
