Hello i have two kittens aged 9 months one has pica which is the girl and is massive the other is the runt of the litter they are siblings and he is tiny.

Anyways priya (female cat) is spayed and she is quiet agreesive to her brother who hasnt been done and will put all her body weight on top of him and bite down on his neck and bite his testicles is it because he hasnt been neueted he isnt intrested in her i know i need to get him done as he meows loidly at the window and i know hes going into heat once i get him done will this stop the behaviour of my female cat as it quite alarming the noises he makes as she obviously the domaint cat
