29 year old grandniece married for 2 years. Her 31 year old husband died in car wreck Sunday. His only income has been SSI. They have a 1 year old daughter.

Grandniece’s mother-in-law is stating the 1 year old can get the SSI. I know that is not true as she isn’t disabled. Would there be any survivor benefit for spouse or daughter?
