Blinker issue

Wanted to see if anyone has had a similar issue before I dive in to pulling the steering wheel.

I bought this 1989 YJ about 2 months ago. When I bought it, the right blinker didn't stay on, but would if you held the stalk. Recently, nothing happens when holding the stalk to the right (no dash arrow at all, nor sound). I thought it was the stalk / switch finally bit the dust... however I tried to turn on my hazards yesterday and only the left arrow dash light came on... and it stayed on steady. Left blinker still works correctly... so I don't think it's the relay? I did install LED lights a few weeks ago, but they seem to be functioning fine aside from some hyper blink from time to time.

EDIT: I went and did some more testing. Turn signal still works when I hold it, but it's just the dash light no longer comes on. I think there is also an issue with the hazards + brake lights on. At least I have a workaround for now... will probably dig in more this winter.

Lightweight, 400cc - 600cc, cheap

Looking to add a bike. I already have a 900cc triple cylinder sport touring bike, but would like something a little smaller and more tossable and something my wife could ride. Ideally something in the 400cc - 600cc range, with fuel injection and ABS. I would like to stay under $4k, ideally closer to $3k (used of course). I really like the idea of the Husqvarna 401's but people want kind of ridiculous money for them. So probably a naked bike of some sort? Open to anything really.

Home equity loan on investment property

I've owned an investment house for almost 4 years. I paid $185k, and put in all new kitchen cabinets, granite, appliances and renovated one of the bathrooms. Zestimate is $205k, and there is a comparable house listed on the same street at $225k. I owe $120k on what's left of a 15 year mortgage. House is in my name only, not LLC. Any idea how much I could get out? What kind of rates are competitive? 800+ credit
