So I and My Co Founder are Trying to do a Business related to Automation and we Failed again and again and again and again Yet Didn't give up yet

Maybe we are targeting things the Wrong way so Here it begins

We pitch To businesses that we can Improve their Sales and Almost eliminate loss of customers We use Go high Level

Zapier N8N and other Tools to automate their Response systems

I forgot to mention our target Audience was Plumbers electricians and all Blue Caller Job Workers

As For them Losing a Gig Means Losing a Long term Client

So if someone Calls them the System will give them revert back and Their client will get the details like when to book for the service

That's just the overview in leman terms

And this entire thing will be a SaaS model

I am not getting where are we Going wrong

We tried Cold calling we failed

Tired Linked in outreach It dosent have that good Result

Tried Insta and Facebook didn't work

Send like 2000 cold mails

Nothing worked

I don't understand where are we Going wrong

The pitch is bad The demo is bad What's Going on I don't understand

We lack sales and Outreach awfully and We don't know where to get the guys who would sell for us

What You Will Do

• Contact businesses from lead lists provided by us

• Start conversations with decision makers

• Book qualified meetings

• Stay involved in meetings when required

What We Offer

• 2 month probation period

• 10% commission on every successful sale during probation

Example

Deal Value = 1000€

Your Commission = 100€

Paid once the deal is closed and payment is received

Probation Requirements

• Minimum 5 sales within the 2 month probation period

• The first month is especially important as it helps determine future opportunities within the company

Option 1

Performance Based Salary

• Salary based on your performance during probation

• Target based role

• Failure to consistently meet targets may result in termination

Option 2

Commission Based

• 10% commission on every sale

• Additional 2.5% to 5% monthly commission on recurring clients you bring in

• Minimum target of 2 sales per month

• Recurring commissions continue as long as you remain with the company
