is it just me or? I feel like what we’ve seen so far has been kind of underwhelming? I usually LOVE something this far into the month and I usually know what I’m getting at this point. But this year I just feel a little bit disappointed. I’m excited to see the bow and tie since that’s usually what I get for my mega, but I don’t know what I want for my a6 right now.
Me (30f) and my husband (29m) have been together for eight years. my husband is currently going through extreme stress and anxiety, he’s on the verge of depression. He owns his own business and there has been an extreme shift in his industry the last 6 months due to AI and clients slowly disappearing.
I’m trying to do my best to support him and do what I can, I do the cleaning, cooking, laundry etc. we don’t have any children. but it’s really starting to take a toll on me and my mental health. we’ve gone through periods of extreme stress before but nothing like this. he doesn’t have the capacity to give much affection or anything like that, even little stuff. I’ve suggested he can talk to a therapist or a psychiatrist but that’s not something he’s interested in (he has tried this in the past and he’s already on antidepressants).
I’m not sure how much patience I should have or what more I can do? We don’t have family that lives nearby. Mine is in a different country and his is on the other side of the country.
