Monthly Rent: Php 16,000 per month (inclusive of monthly dues)

Fully Furnished

  • Appliances: Inverter aircon, inverter refrigerator, flat screen TV, Induction cooker, and range hood (not in the picture, but installed na siya)
  • Furniture: Ikea Dining table and chairs, TV console, cabinet, and entryway table
  • Note: the owner removed the open shelf, pillows, bed sheet, fake plants, basket, and candle warmer before I moved in.

End of contract is January 2027.

I can also transfer the internet to your name para may internet ka as soon as you move in. Globe Postpaid at Php 1599 per month (200-300 Mbps)

Move in as early as May 16 or 17.

Reason for letting go: Got a huge pay cut, so I can't afford the rent anymore. I would have loved to stay otherwise.

Also open to share/become roommates. I can buy my own bed, and you can use the daybed.

Is Upper Bicutan safe for female solo renters?

Hello po, I'm planning to move to an apartment in Upper Bicutan. Safe po ba yung area for solo female renters? WFH naman ako, so hindi problema sa akin yung rush hour and traffic, pero gusto ko sana maglakad-lakad para mamalengke din. Mukhang okay naman noong nag-ocular ako, pero baka hindi lang ako naging ganoon ka-observant since mag-isa lang ako nag-ocular. Okay yung rent, but I also value security. Another thing, dahil wfh ako, manageable naman po ba yung ingay during the day?

Would appreciate any advice/thoughts. Thank you!
