I haven’t made it longer than 3 days in probably a year. I already rel@psed today but I’m in bed fighting the urges. I can’t see women without thinking wrongly. My interests have gotten worse. Things that shouldn’t be issues are. I don’t know what to do anymore. Fighting feels pointless and exhausting.

I decided I was too far and needed to quit g00ning a while ago. But I accidentally saw stuff this morning and watched it for a few minutes. Turned off everything and went to the gym but I’m struggling to stop thinking about trigggers. I’d love any help.
