Does exercise actually flare up anxiety for anyone else?
I've made immense progress with fighting anxiety over the last few years enough to notice that regular physical exercise actually flares up my anxiety short to medium term by a great deal for the following 2-3 days.
Long term there have been baseline improvements to anxiety, and the health benefits make it nessecary, but short term my body always feels on edge and out of wack.
I ask this because ive seen numerous posts here promoting exercise as a immediate relief, and I just don't experience that.
