is it just me or my skin tone is turnibg gray due to meds?
Noticed this way back 2021 when I was put on Valproic Acid. My skin tone turned gray and before that year I wasn’t taking any psych meds. On 2023 I got my okay signal from doc that I don’t need any meds no more and I can do supplements like magnesium glycinate and ashwagandha’s and up to 2025 I was heavy on sports so I am outside a lot but I am not tanning but when I do It’s just red and goes back to white but 2026 said I needed a pause and was back on it this March and I’m mostly in my house since it’s hot outside so I am not burning but my skin tone is definitely grayish. There’s no problems with my liver or anything as I just had my bloodwork done recently and there’s no indication that I might have this or that.
Just wanted to know if Valproic Acid users experienced this 😕
