Does sauna help with recovery for newer runners?

Ive been running pretty consistently, around 3 times a week and usually about 5 miles each run. I also have a portable sauna from sweat tent that i used here and there but Im thinking about making it part of my routine after runs. It gets really hot pretty fast (close to 200F) and I always hear people talk about heat therapy helping with recovery, soreness, sleep, etc, im just wondering if anyone here uses sauna for recovery and noticed a difference as a beginner, intermediate runner? Im curious if its one of those things that helps for recovery.
