Newish to NYC from a lower cost of living state. I need a haircut and want highlights (I have long, dark, curly hair). I’m being quoted $550 ☠️☠️☠️ for this service at a local (Cobble Hill), awesome salon. Is this the standard ballpark of hair care cost in Brooklyn? Any recommendations are much appreciated 🙏🙏
