I’m curious to see if anyone else has a similar process than mine for this or any other positions. I’ve been interviewing for this position for over 9 weeks now. I’ve only had 3 simple but unorganized interviews within these 3 months where I’ve had to wait weeks in between to here back. After the 2nd interview, it took over 3 weeks to hear back from recruiter. I followed up with my recruiter 8 days after the 3rd interview and haven’t heard anything back.

I’m getting so sick of this interview process. Is this just how it is at Tesla? Is anyone else experiencing a similar delayed process?
