Anyone open a shop and left it dormant for a year and then successfully relaunch it??

I opened up an Etsy a year ago last month and then found out I was pregnant and pretty much didn’t even log in unless I had a message. I had only one listing so it never Really got traffic.

I just rebranded my shop and started with 10 listings last week but I am over thinking myself and wondering if people will see I have been open for a year and only have had 28 sales and 14 reviews.

Would love to know if someone did something similar and has a successful Etsy now.
