我有躁郁症吗？？
Hello! New to Reddit.
I experienced low mood and anxiety during the past few months. Went to the psychiatrist and was prescribed Zoloft and Luvox. I was feeling better after taken these pills.
But my psychiatrist doubled up my Zoloft, from 50mg to 100mg. That lead to a (hypo)mania which I never experienced before, including symptoms like self harm. After this mania I also experienced a real bad depression period.
Talked to my psychiatrist. I was newly prescribed with Lithium and Olanzapine to stable my mood. However I felt worse after taken these pills, feeling less stable than only taking 50mg Zoloft and Luvox.
There’s still some time till I can meet my psychiatrist. So I decided to post and ask for advice from already diagnosed people. Am I real bipolar? I’m really confused right now.
