I saw my fiancé say he plans to leave me in a year and I feel like my relationship is already over
I saw a message my fiancé sent to his best friend where he said he plans to leave me in about a year, after he goes on a trip.
He doesn’t know I saw it. Since then I’ve felt anxious and sick about it because it feels like I’m just waiting for the breakup to happen.
I don’t know if I should confront him or just accept that this is already ending and I’m just not being told directly.
I feel really lost and I don’t know what to do.
