Our customers have been asking us to build plugins/skills/mcps for them and my CTO asked me to do it. Honestly I used skill-creator, mcp-builder using claude code but I am finding little tricky to test and improve them - I want to learn how others are doing this iteration effectively.

Is there a way to wire some integration tests to my plugins repo if I am thinking in right direction.

We are a SaaS company and lately users have been pushing us to make their experience on Claude Code super easy. And how are you dealing this.
