Trading purple bear cafe

Trading purple bear cafe! ☕️ 🐻

About the build:

It costed around 15 to 20k

Not cloned, original design by me

Built and equipped only in my private server

Bottom floor acts as decorative scenery/rp space

Top floor is a functional and cute grind room for pets!

Built with love and care :)

VALUE:

I am looking for 12-15 value for this house because of cost and effort.

LF:

Provided is a picture of some pets I’d like for this house. (Ex: one of my LF with small add depending on pet value.) I am open to offers outside of my LF. I don’t know which value site most people use for house trading so I used elve.

(I also attached a progress pic at the end)

Let me know if you are interested and need more progress pics or videos! I look forward to trading! :D

Lost on how to trade my build

Hello all! I wanted to come on this sub to ask how other builders trade their houses in adopt me. I have finished my house and I’m ready to post it on here to trade it but I am unsure of how to go about the process. I have a few concerns/questions. 1. I don’t want to be tricked and have someone make an offer but then clone my house and lower its value. Is there a way to prevent this or is this guaranteed to happen? 2. Are middlemen often used to make sure house trades go well? 3. Do builders usually post a video as another way to showcase their build? 4. I’ve never traded a house before and I just want to be able to make someone happy with my house while getting a decent and reasonable offer, any tips? Thank you for your time! :)
