Hi everyone. I need some advice on how to move on from my ex.
I just saw that he has a new girlfriend, or at least it looks like it after seeing a picture of him with another girl as his pfp.
We have been no contact for 5 months, and agreed to speak again at 6 months. I was planning to reach out soon, but after seeing that picture, I won’t.
How do I manage feeling lied to? Given false hope that he would reach out later in time, but ending up with another girl.
I know things could change in between those months, but how can I stop feeling like he lied and never truly loved me if he was able to move on that quick.
For those who went through something similar, how did you eventually come to terms with the situation?
(Feel free to give me reality check advice lol, in this moment I feel a ton of emotions, so getting back to reality might help)
