Found this barely used Kona unit X 2025 XL for 900€!!
Last user maybe rode 20km with it.
Now it’s time to pimp it up.
Already changed a Brooks C17 saddle
Richey Kyote bars (shorter stem)
Adding some aero bars when bikepacking
Front rack Pelago
Back rack either old man’s rack or a Blackburn outpost
(Changing pedals to some black ones)

What I need recommendations for is:
What dropper post works good with it? I got the seat quite high.
Thinking of other Alt bars with more rise (that would fit aero bars)
Other more fast rolling tires (Vitoria barzo up front and to the back Vittoria mezcal’s

Any other recommendations?
