Long story short my not even a year old 5090 Legion just had the dGPU crap out and now it no longer reads. The only thing that works is the integrated graphics.

Yes I’ve tried all the software fixes, reinstall windows, device manager etc. pretty sure just something burnt out on the actual hard ware.

So I filed for a warranty exchange, I wanted to see what was everyone’s experience going this route? I have the basic warranty package.

P.S there’s a small chip on the corner of the laptop chasis. Nothing correlated with the problem and I checked with legion customer support who let me know that this wouldn’t affect the warranty, but of course Im worried knowing how most companies are.
