We have been in a long distance relationship for four years. We had our ups and downs, and we were on and off many times. During our first breakup he started talking to another woman, he would sext, video call, call for hours, share his day with her talk to her about marriage. On our fourth year I flew to his country with my family where we got engaged, when I submitted him for fiancé visa and paid for it. I discovered the cheating! This was heartbreaking to me when I confronted him he admitted and said that I never made him safe he felt like I can go any moment so he had a backup. I ended the engagement. He’s been begging for forgiveness for four months now. Did anyone deal with a similar situation? Can we restore the engagement or once a cheater always cheater.

Hello, I have submitted my fiancé I-129F application in November 2025. The application has been received. My fiancé and I have only one picture together from January of 2025 when we met and exchanged rings. We have included that photo in the file as well as screenshots of our long distance relationship communication such as texts and calls. It has been five months now and I’m wondering if the application would be rejected because of not having enough photos.
