Hello! Nay advice would be greatly appreciate.

Backstory: I am a 25F trying to find my own place. Ive had roomates but this would be the first place on my own. Any suggestions? My budget is currently anything around 1200 ish and below

- 1 bed 1 bath open to studio, in unit or faculty washer, nice area preferably wilmington or trolley square (safety)

hello!

im 25yr old woman who lives alone. To give a little backstory my mom passed away so i know have all of her old clothes( considering turning it into a blanket) but my home especially my room or closet seems to never be CLEAN. I always find myself speed rushing when someone comes over or telling myself “Ill clean today” but never do. my closet looks the worst its been im talking clothes everywhere i use two bins ? one for clean clothes one for dirty. i try to keep my lving room decent but my house never seems to feel amazingly clean. any tips would be greatly appreciated. Trying to be the most efficient woman i can be!
