Success stories after hematoma loss?

TW: miscarriage

I had a successful FET and developed a SCH around 8 weeks. It was described as “abnormally large” but the baby looked great until I went to my 11 week appointment and there was no heartbeat. The MFM said the hematoma likely “compressed” the pregnancy because it was an PGT tested euploid embryo and the hematoma was so big.

I just went into to talk next steps with my RE and she said this very rarely happens and suggested baby aspirin and prednisone after my next transfer. She said it seems counterintuitive but thinks the baby aspirin would move the blood around and potentially help prevent very large clots like I had. I am so worried about this next transfer and having another loss, I’m not sure what to do. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after a hematoma loss? Did your doctor change anything between the two pregnancies?
