Usually I’m able to tell, and I always wake up almost immediately when it happens. Wasn’t thinking about anything sexual beforehand, and I went to sleep listening to binaural beats. It’s never happened without it being paired with a dream, and I can’t seem to remember if one occurred so I’m gonna say it didn’t. I don’t feel depleted at all but I do feel a bit confused…?
