I lost 15k + on casino, nowdays ive been overthinking and losing emotions like not feeling anything and empathy. I was looking for some advice on how to overcome or cope with this trauma im having now, its affecting my hobbies and work, my gym motivation dropped.
Previously was 10k, suddenly bad luck happens and lost another 5k.. how do i stop? What to think that how i can i overcome this? Im just around 30 years old and didnt earn much money. And im bad at everything, at everything i really mean it.
Ive lost 10k in 1 year, never win anything, decide to go for further more and more risk, by the time it reached 10k loss, i decide to try to stop but its hard, cause i have never win anything in life. And this made it worse. Casino is at genting dream cruise.
