Algeria is launching a nationwide initiative called the "777 – DJIL & DJIL" National Digital Empowerment Program. Announced by Sid Ali Zerrouki, the Minister of Post and Telecommunications, on World Telecommunication and Information Society Day, the project is structured under the slogan "From 7 to 77 Years Old: A National Journey Towards Digital Skills."
