Hi, basically going through a divorce and we have a 4 month old. I currently live with my baby at my parent. My ex is wanting to do 50/50, but hi suggestion is that we do a 2-2-3 parenting plan because he feels that is fair. I’m not onboard with that since I have read and gotten advice that the best for a 4 month old is stability and consistency and that as baby gets bigger we can bump it to a 2-2-3. I’m not trying to keep baby from her father I just want what’s best. Any thoughts or suggestions please I would be grateful.
