quick question for my ops people - but have yall been only having two runners in the back? like my store is a bit smaller and our ops is made up of like 9 people & usually we will have 3-4 people scheduled, but only two people will be put on runner while someone takes a lunch/break and the other person is downstairs on apu or doing a restock. the only time ever we will have three people is when we are receiving. i kinda wanna see if anyone else in ops has been experiencing this... been feeling lowkey really burnt out esp on weekends when its only me and someone else constantly doing back to back run + its a bit more exhausting cuz we have stairs at our store. i brought up my concerns about this to my manager, and all they said was theres nothing we can do about it & its "strategic" :/ and also it doesnt help when im working with people with bad work ethic/ are lazy asf (for example: if its just me and that person, i will take 3-5 runs while they will take 1 or MAX 2 runs) but thats a whole another thing i just wanted to see if people are experiencing the same lol i know they changed the role guide & stuff, and were expected to support all areas of the store but yea.
