When is Moppu coming to the US?

I feel like late last year/early this year, Sanrio put out a list of characters who will be coming to the US this year, meaning they will get merch. Moppu, Kirimichan, Usahana, and more were on that list. I’ve been waiting and waiting for my fave lil polar bear to get merch over here but haven’t seen anything yet 😭

Jo & Link, s22 finale

Spoilers ahead just in case

I mentioned this on someone else’s comment, but I feel like they’re working up to writing Jo (and therefore Link) out. Something’s definitely about to happen with Link and a pill problem with his shoulder, and Jo’s unsure about practicing medicine.

Considering Jo’s been on forever and how much has happened to her, it just feels like it’s time. I almost wonder between her not wanting to practice and then a potential addiction line, I could see Jo & Link leaving to “not be around the triggers” and move out to the country or something.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a narcotic addiction line. Aside from Amelia, we haven’t had a pill addict, and that was on Private Practice anyway. I guess technically that could bring a “fresh” story line. And it might give Link some depth 😅

Any other thoughts? What could Jo be up to if it’s not going back to being a general surgeon attending? Is it past time for her to leave?

Neighbor’s car alarm goes off 5-8 times per day

For about two months now, one of my neighbor’s car alarms goes off 5-8 times per day. I don’t know what unit they live in, but I know which car it is and that they have a toddler, so I’m assuming the kid is messing with the keys.

I’m torn between leaving a note on the car, formally complaining to the office, or calling the non-emergency police line because god forbid there’s someone doing it secretly begging for help (we hear some loud banging and yelling in our building sometimes). I’d love to avoid interacting with them, so I’m scared to put a note on the car, but I don’t want to be a dick and go to the office. It’s just so annoying, makes another dog in the building start barking, and because my unit’s closest to the parking lot and how our unit is set up, it can even be heard in my wfh meetings.

Wwyd?

I’ve had some form of IUD since 2019. My first insertion was mirena, and I passed out during it. The second one in 2024 was fine enough, I almost passed out but didn’t. Then in November 2025, I had my endo and fibroid removal surgery where they had to take it out and replace it with liletta.

While I was recovery from other surgeries that time, the first two insertion times were normal after I passed out. The pain was pretty minimal, normal cramping, etc.

Last week, I went to the ER for severe pelvic pain. Thought it was a really bad cyst, but turned out my IUD was malpositioned and digging into my uterus. They wouldn’t take it out there, just gave me pain meds and told me to call the provider who placed it.

I had that appointment today. Ativan and two types of numbing later, I nearly pass out on the chair after crying so hard. My husband was watching the whole thing this time and later commented how barbaric it all was. As we were leaving, I passed out. They gave me nausea meds (bc I was also nauseas) and said if I ever want another iud, it should be done under sedation. I wish that could’ve been an option for today. They didn’t offer any pain meds because all they have was Tylenol but she didn’t think it would touch the pain.)

So that said, it’s been 8 hours, and my pain is still extremely severe. Even 10 mg Percocet from the hospital visit isn’t touching it. Heating pads aren’t working. I’m nearly in tears still. (I can’t take NSAIDs.)

Is this type of severe pain normal? My husband asked if I wanted to go to an ER, but I feel like a baby and like I should be able to handle this. But in all honesty, it makes me just want to get rid of the iud altogether and not do any birth control.

ETA: the reason I posted on this subreddit is because the doctor who inserted (not my normal doctor) said the pain was likely exacerbated by the endometriosis, so I didn’t know if that really is making a difference, although I went on the IUD for endo-like symptoms back in 2019.
