I had joined a startup like every graduate from a tier 3 clg. The work seemed fine but I didn't know that PF was not deposited despite being deducted and i have received payslips as well. I left the company 6 months before around Oct-25. I got a new job in March-26, but it got delayed because my previous employer had not done PAN KYC.

Now I've been following up with my previous employer, turns out their ESIGN/DSC has never been registered only. When I tried going to check the application status of Esign, omg that pf officer is telling something new everytime I go and rejecting the application.

Is there any way around this. Can my new employer just approve my PAN KYC from their end, anyways I have 0rs in my PF Account.
