 I have a OnePlus12R. The phone was working perfectly, and then yesterday the touchscreen suddenly stopped responding.The Phone is out of warranty

What’s happening

• Touchscreen is not responding to taps or swipes.
• The phone powers on and shows the display, but I can’t use it because touch doesn’t work.

What I already tried

• Force restart (Power + Volume Up/Down)
• Tried Safe Mode

No physical damage

• No drops / no water exposure
• Device is in excellent condition

Can anyone suggest the best troubleshooting steps to fix this?
