Problems with delivery

Ive got a parcel (trainers) out for delivery with Royal Mail / Parcel force. On Monday it was supposed to be delivered, I waited, no knock on the door and then an email to say missed delivery. Next day, same again. Rearranged for delivery via the app. Same again today. He's either knocking with a feather duster or not at all. I have not been left a card, and now when I try to arrange delivery it says I need the details from the card. If I try to change delivery options in the app, I get a message 'you are being rerouted as there are no additional delivery options available for this item' and then sent back to the previous screen. If I try the Missed Delivery option on the home page, it asks me for the card details which they didn't leave me. Specifically it's which type of card was left. I'm Neuro divergent, so might be overthinking this issue, but I don't want to choose the wrong one. Any help is much appreciated.
