Anyone know how to repackage the Otto? The height adjustment won’t go down anymore and it’s not allowing the Otto to fit in the box. And now I gotta wait til tomorrow to get help from support. I’m trying to return it today

Anyone know how much shipping is to return the Otto from the East? I did the shipping calculator on ups and fedex and I get a bunch of different prices. Not even sure if they’re correct or not
