Survivor in Pre before daily Langmar quest
Has there ever been a survivor LDOA before the added quests, where you could only level through death leveling? I.e. someone using a second account or friend, who death levels the Moa or whatever, and the person then leveling off of that to 20? Tedious process, but theoretically possible?
