Looking for advice on optimizing my investment/savings - Married DINK

Looking for advice on optimizing my investment portfolio.
I’m 42 years old, married, and currently living in the U.S. My goal is long-term wealth building and early financial independence. Don’t want to retire but reduce high stress job at 50 onwards reducing the amount of time worked per week and more volunteering.

Current investments:
$200,000 in Vanguard Target Retirement 2050 Fund (VFIFX)
$100,000 in a 401(k) invested in Fidelity 2050
$100,000 in another Vanguard 2050 target-date fund account from partner
$50,000 in the Magnificent 7 stocks
$50,000 in VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH)
$50,000 in a HYSA

I can invest 4k/monthe for the next 8 yrs

A few questions:

Am I too concentrated in target-date funds, or is this a reasonable approach?

Is having $100,000 combined in Magnificent 7 and semiconductor stocks too much concentration risk?

Should I simplify everything into a broader three-fund portfolio (Total U.S., International, Bonds)?

Is $80,000 too much cash for someone with a stable job and no major upcoming expenses?

If you were in my position, what asset allocation would you target?

Additional context:
Stable career for next 5 yrs
Long investment horizon (10–20+ years)
Comfortable with moderate-to-aggressive risk
No high-interest debt
