NTPC Tapovan Vishnugaad Hydro Electric Project which is few kilometers above the site of the above said Vishnugad Peepalkoti hydro electrict project saw massive flash flood in 2021.. Many Labours died whom bodies were never found..
Also Rishiganga Hydel Project which faced flash flood in 2021 with tapovan vishnugad Hydro electric project was damaged in 2016 also.
