I know I'm on borrowed time with this deck, but trying to get a couple more years out of it. I sanded it last fall, and am currently replacing a few of the rotten boards etc. It was semi transparent black stain, then regular black paint(horrible idea) before sanding. Still some flaking off in-between the boards which I'm going to remove most of it with a pressure washer. What's the best stain/cover I can add to it at this point? Worth noting the deck is 1400 sq feet with a pool, so its very expensive to replace and I'm just not financially ready to do that at this point. Also its 2 different colors, with the sun deck part a brownish orange and the rest black

Anyone have a corporate bank account with RBC? What is your daily e-transfer limit? Mine is $2000. I called them today and apparently, this is the highest it can go. I said there is no way thi sis the highest. How can I run a business and only be able to use 2k a day? I asked for a manager, but now I have to wait 2 to 3 business days for a call back. It's 2026, surely we can send more than 2k from our business each day. If not, I'll need to bank elsewhere
