I’ve been with this company for 4 years already. Direct client po ako.
I am losing motivation to work. Wala na yung excitement and drive na pumasok araw araw kahit work from home ako.
Nasa Operations ako as an admin but they’re asking me to do things na hindi aligned sa Job description ko.
Everything changed noong napalitan yung boss namin ng Indian-American.
At first, they asked me to assist lang. Provide supporting documents etc. while they are waiting daw na may ma hire sila na mag handle. Hanggang sa napapansin ko it’s been months and almost a year wala pa sila na hire and ako na yung pinag handle nila ng task which is super layo sa niche ko.
They did not provide any trainings, let alone pay increase, as in ZERO. I have to learn everything in the process and by research kasi zero knowledge talaga ako sa ganung industry.
Ni raise ko sya sa manager ko and all they have to say is sorry kasi the company is struggling daw and they cannot afford to hire someone at this time.
I mean, okay. Advantage din naman since upskill din to pero it’s not for me. I’m not happy and na sstress ako everyday knowing na I have to do this task ng tama while assisting our Operations Department.
Pay is okay pero lagi na ako nagkaka sakit dahil sa stress.
Tama naman desisyon ko na mag resign na diba? Although wala pa akong back up.
