I need help finding new promotions.

Hello. I received a text stating my bill was ready for viewing. Viewed and my bill increased. Guess my previous promo has expired. Ok, so I try to look for any promo's available to me but couldn't view anything. Everything I clicked on was in a loop, wasn't in the mood so logged off. I tried again a few minutes before I made this post.

This is the message that popped up.

"Unfortunately, we're unable to complete your request online, but our knowledgeable representatives are available to help you right now.

Call 1 (877) 338- 9791"

Could someone help me, please. I would prefer not to call.
